Gang Sheets — many designs, one sheet

A gang sheet fits as many designs as possible onto one large sheet — standard practice for DTF, sticker, and UV-DTF runs. The builder auto-arranges everything for you.

1Open the Gang Sheet Builder

Click Gang Sheet in the top nav. A start prompt asks how you'd like to begin — from scratch, or by pulling designs from your library.

2Add designs

Use the Patches tab to add designs from My Designs or upload new files. Add as many as you need; each one drops onto the sheet.

3Set up the sheet

In Sheet Settings, choose the sheet size (presets like 22×24", 22×36", 22×60", 22×96", or a custom size), the gap spacing between designs, the margins, and the background. Set DPI to 150 for a quick preview or 300 for production.

4Auto-pack & price

Every time you add, remove, resize, or change the sheet, PatchForge auto-packs the designs to use the least material, placing them largest-to-smallest. The right panel shows live pricing for the current sheet size.

Tighten the gap spacing to fit more per sheet, but leave enough margin for your cutter's tolerance.

5Export the sheet

Click Export Production Package to download the full-resolution sheet ready to send to the printer.

Fill the sheet, cut your cost per piece.
